We offer scholarships to the UK universities of Oxford and Cambridge. Please find information on how to apply here. If you are already a Noon Scholar, please sign up for our Scholar Survey here. We are in the process of setting up a new Noon Alumni Society, and please consider joining and supporting us more here . We are also planning a Noon Scholar reunion in Lahore in Spring 2025 more here , and we have regular annual receptions in the UK each summer.

Since 1994 , the Vicky Noon Educational Foundation has been supporting leading young scholars from Pakistan to study at Oxford and Cambridge, among the top global universities.
Our Foundation aims to give scholars an experience which will help them achieve their highest potential in the best surroundings, and also to return, enhanced, to help in the continuing development of Pakistan.
